Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 13 November 2023: GAL AMMROC, a leading provider of military maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fábrica Argentina de Aviones (FAdeA), an Argentinian Government-owned aircraft designer and manufacturer MRO services provider, that begins to outline long-term partnership opportunities between the two companies.
The signing took place on 13 November during the Dubai Airshow 2023, bringing together senior executives from both parties – including Mahmood Alhay Alhameli, Chief Executive Officer of GAL AMMROC and Franco Giuggioloni, Vice President and General Manager of FAdeA. His Excellency, Jorge Agustín Molina Arambarri, Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to the UAE, as well as Frederic Dupont, Chief Commercial Officer, and David Kotra, Senior Manager of Business Development of GAL AMMROC were also in attendance.
The partnership identifies the shared capabilities, objectives, and vision of both GAL AMMROC and FAdeA, creating a blueprint for future collaborations on programs and projects relating – but not limited to – manufacturing, assembly, design, workforce sharing, and engineering and repair services.
